The hotel offers luxurious and spacious rooms that were nice and comfy, though there was a slight tobacco smoke smell despite requesting a quiet one. The service was excellent, with exceptionally helpful staff making our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and public transport, making it a perfect choice in the center of Bergamo for the price. Dining experience was a favorite, with tasty options and proximity to attractions. However, some noise issues could arise due to the main street location.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were surprisingly spacious with 3 double beds, exactly as advertised, and came with a mini-bar, tea/coffee making facility with free supplies, and good quality toiletries. The staff was brilliant, very friendly, extremely helpful, and always polite. They even brought fresh coffee to my taste. The location was phenomenal, offering easy access to public transport and attractions like the Funicolare Città Alta. The dining experience was great with lots of choices, while the facilities were perfect for a comfortable stay.
